Prices are all per week. For stays in excess of six weeks a discount may apply.

Prices are all inclusive of: Gas, Electricity, Water, Heating, Garden maintenance and Council Tax (when applicable to longer term rentals).

Towels and bed linen are supplied free of charge.

EV Chargers available at each property. The cost of charging vehicles is NOT included in the weekly tariff.

Extra Guest:

Folding Bed, linen; towels (Barn & Dairy only) £100 p.w (or part thereof)

Dog: accepted by prior agreement - £100 one off fee .

Cot, Bedding, stair gate and highchair - £100 one-off fee.

Guests are welcome to bring their own baby equipment if they wish.
